Hi - Since my last blog I've met Deepak Chopra and sent him an extract from my Ebook. He gave a fantastic lecture on the theory of mind body healing and I like to think I add a practical guidance to this.
I've also visited an old friend in Kenya who is looking after elephants while we scouted around for a retreat centre. We found an amazing little island near Lamu but we will have to negotiate on costs...

Last night met with an old Personal Trainer friend Tom, who runs B2N - http://www.tomalfry.com/page6.htm -putting nature back in your life! He holds days and weekends in the country on mountain bikes with pic-nics and all! He also has running groups for all abilities at various locations in London - brilliant!
